Health Check

Before your vehicle even touches the dynamometer, we perform a thorough compression test, leak-down test, and visual inspection. This critical first step ensures the engine's fundamental health and integrity, confirming it's robust enough to safely undergo performance tuning.

Baseline Run

Once strapped down, we conduct initial runs to establish crucial baseline power and torque figures. Concurrently, we meticulously check air-fuel ratios (AFR) across the RPM range, providing a comprehensive snapshot of the engine's current, untuned performance characteristics.

Calibration

This is where the magic happens. Our expert tuners meticulously adjust volumetric efficiency (VE) tables, ignition timing, and boost control parameters. We iterate through the RPM range, refining every setting to smooth out flat spots, eliminate hesitation, and precisely optimize the power and torque curves.

Stress Testing

The final phase involves rigorous simulated heat soak and sustained load tests. This crucial step ensures that your custom tune maintains its safety and performance stability under the most demanding conditions, especially considering Australia's often extreme summer temperatures.
